The primary goal of L.E.A.D. Ministries is to encourage pastors, deacons and other ministry leaders and the body of Christ, through biblical counseling, teaching, education and publications

Hundreds of leaders and their wives have come for counseling since 1989. After spending a week of counseling, many have seen broken marriages restored, some have received a renewed vision for their ministry, others have experienced victory over personal struggles, but all have clearly seen the value of Christ's counsel about taking time out from the ministry to gain a fresh perspective: “And he said unto them, Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest a while: for there were many coming and going, and they had no leisure so much as to eat” (Mark 6:31).

Dr. Binney’s philosophy behind personal counseling is that the Bible is sufficient to address every need. The Word of God is central in restoring hope to the discouraged, in revealing misconceptions about God’s expectations and in renewing relationships.  That philosophy permeates every other facet of the ministry.
